These are real clips from the Santa Cruz city council meeting, where oppressed dogowners, who are treated like second-class citizens because they must walk their dogs on leashes, and young, undoubltly UCSC, students bring bright ideas like, “we should grow fruit because it’s free, well except the land … so we rent the land and then sell it at the farmers’ market.”
